Alun has worked in Human Resources for 25 years and joined Leo Abse and Cohen from Avana Bakeries. He has worked in a HR capacity within a variety of sectors including privatised railway, food manufacturing, food retail, and engineering.
Alun's role as Director of HR and Training is to develop and manage a Human Resources strategy, which maximises the contribution and development of staff at Leo Abse and Cohen. Alun has been appointed to sit on the board to ensure that Human Resources and Training is a core issue within the Firm.
