Ashley is an Employment Lawyer based in the Cardiff Office of Leo Abse & Cohen and has experience in both the South Wales and South West legal market.
Ashley has worked on a broad range of Employment matters including Unfair Dismissal, TUPE, Equal Pay, and Discrimination Claims and has a good understanding of the legal issues facing clients in South Wales.
Ashley grew up in the South Wales Valleys and is particularly interested in representing Claimants in relation to any Employment Claim against their employer and is particularly keen to promote awareness of Claimant's employment rights in all fields of industry.
Ashley also has experience of aiding Employers with Claims having worked for firms who undertake Respondent work in both South Wales and Bristol.
