Claire qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and came to work as an Associate in the Wills and Estates Team in November 2004. She became a Partner in June 2007. Claire is head of the Private Client
Department.
Claire has over 10 years specialist Tax experience.
Her areas of expertise cover: wills and trusts advice and preparation, inheritance tax solutions, post death tax planning, administration of estates, contested estates, lasting powers of
attorney and court of protection matters. She has personal membership to Solicitors for the Elderly. She is a Mencap recommended adviser.
Claire supervises and manages her team as well as managing her own cases.
