Mark Church

Mark is a Partner and Head of the Serious Injuries Team within the Firm's Personal Injury Department. He is also the Manager of the Newport Team. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is also a Panel Member of the Spinal Injuries Association and the Headway (head injury) Panel. Mark works with Headway and the Spinal Injuries Association to support and raise funds for head injury and spinal cord victims.

Mark’s work encompasses the following:-

• Brain injury – moderate to severe.
• Spinal cord injury, to include paraplegia and tetraplegia.
• Claims for families as a result of the death of family members.
• Asbestos related claims – specialising in mesothelioma and lung cancer.
• Serious and/or multiple injuries as a result of accidents.
• Psychiatric/psychological injuries, eg Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
• Road traffic accident specialist – issues concerning seatbelts, alcohol/drug issues.
• Finally, significant Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims.

Mark also specialises in seeking rehabilitation, support and treatment to Claimants which is required after accidents.
