• Recovery of uninsured losses, including policy excess, hire charges, loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses

You get a car to drive around in while yours is being repaired – it's done on a like for like basis, so if you drive a Mercedes, that's what you get. 7.5% of the car hire cost (which is paid on your behalf) is donated to Tenovus.

What's more, if you suffer a personal injury and Leo Abse and Cohen take on your case, the amount donated to Tenovus from the car hire will be topped up to £300.
