Unfortunately it is often our children who are at the receiving end of substandard care. We investigate these claims on behalf of the child with the help of a litigation friend who is usually a parent.
We consider all types of medical care received by children including missed fractures, missed/ delayed diagnosis, surgical errors etc. As we are franchised by the Legal Services Commission, Legal Aid is often available to assist children in pursuing their claims.
