General Practitioners are often the first medical professionals approached by a member of the public who is unwell. There are occasions when GPs can misinterpret symptoms and so not take the appropriate course of action quickly enough. By the time the correct course of action is taken it may have already caused irreversible harm.
We have acted for many individuals who have had reason to complain about the treatment they have received from their GP, in cases ranging from a failure to refer to a suitable specialist quick enough to providing incorrect prescriptions.
