How much is it going to cost me?
We charge at an hourly rate and bill our clients monthly so that they are able to manage the costs of their case more effectively.
Do I have a case?
Your case may rest on law or fact or both. In all cases to include very weak cases we will always endeavour to try and settle a case on the best terms for our clients.
What are my chances?
This will depend on legal argument and fact. However we aim to provide you with an opinion as to your chances of success shortly after your first meeting with us which will manage your expectations.
What are the risks involved?
If you lose your case then you will be liable to pay your opponents legal costs which in some cases can amount to thousands of pounds. However, we will advise you as to legal expenses insurance which may cover some or all the costs you will incur if you lose the case.
