What legal services do I receive?
As part of your Union membership you receive advice, support and representation on a range of legal issues including personal injury claims; medical negligence claims; employment matters; nursing home fee recovery and wills. We also offer you reduced fixed rates for residential conveyancing and a free first interview for matrimonial and family issues. We also arrange criminal law advice with a free first interview and free representation at the police station.
Are benefits extended to my family?
Yes in most instances but you should check with your Union as to who will also be covered by your membership.
How do I make a personal injury claim?
It's easy - simply refer the matter to your branch/workplace Trade Union Official or local/regional Trade Union office and they will do the rest for you.
Employment issues - can you help?
Yes absolutely. Simply follow the same procedure as above.
